Which way to install Ipopt?

Hi all,

in order to install the package, It is required to install Ipopt. Actually, which is the correct way to install it?

My doubt concerns if I have to use the following command:

```
sudo apt-get install coinor-libipopt-dev
```

it is enough, or should I go through this procedure https://coin-or.github.io/Ipopt/INSTALL.html ?
