Profile page

This is only available to registered users who are logged in. User profiles have a button that says "Send message", clicking on the button sends you to a page titled "Send message".

Send message page

1. Heading: Send message to: User
2. (i) Messages are not private and are monitored by mods for abuse.
3. Message: Full text box (300 char max)
4. [Checkbox] Send as "Administrator" user. Option only available for mods.
5. Daily message limit: x/y remaining (this is completely ignored if Administrator is checked)
6. Go back (cancels)
7. Send button (sends the message)
   Once that button is clicked, the data goes to DB.

Audit log is generated where it can also be seen by mods.
