The dropdown menu will only show up to 7 days from the current day of the server time. Also ensuring the timing is correct, even if the server clock goes to the next day while the upload form is still open.
After the form is submitted, the only people able to view are the authors and the mods for approval.
The level will not show publicly unless there is approval AND the release date matches the scheduled one, regardless which one comes first.
