Enforce mandatory reviews for resulting negative reviews

If the player's questionnaire results in negative. The system must enforce the player to write a review or the rating cannot be submitted.

Recently there's a recent surge of certain people leaving negative rating without review for example on Ruu's Somewhere in Nowhere level. Which is pretty unhealthy as the spider graph and overall rating goes down slightly for no reason.

Ratings are meant to be low-friction signals. They answer whether something worked for a player, not how to redesign it. Requiring justification for negative ratings implicitly treats them as suspicious or illegitimate unless proven otherwise, which changes the purpose of the system.

To put in different words: Written feedback is valuable, but it's a separate, voluntary channel. Ratings answer 'did this work for me,' while reviews answer 'why'. Conflating the two turns feedback into an obligation rather than a gift, and the whole point of separating ratings from reviews was to avoid doing that.

Creators improving is important, but improvement cannot depend on extracting labor from every dissatisfied player. Actionable feedback requires time, energy, and safety, which cannot be mandatory. While reviews capture insight, ratings capture outcome; both are valid, and neither should be coerced into replacing the other.
