Description
Although it is possible to provide an initial heuristic technique with its threshold value to the BHD manager, these settings cannot be changed afterward.
To address this, the BHD manager should be extended with accessor methods that allow the heuristic to be modified after initialization. The design can follow the approach used for the configurable global settings found in manager.hpp.
