No local testing possible - API required

Describe the bug

Some problems require the use of an API provided at runtime and cannot be tested locally... Not sure what we should do about these? Maybe just let the user know local testing is not possible?

They do give enough information to implement it locally but don't think it would be easy to generalize

One possible path is having a bank of "Custom" testing solutions for those problems (See the one I developed for this problem). It does raise a question do we provide the "extra" test cases that I added because I overflowed i32?
