[Feature]: Always on Display only when there is notification from Selected Apps.

Problem Statement

Removal of notification light was a problem in android for a long time, i don't want to check the phone all the time just to make sure i m not missing any notification, Always on Display is a neat alternative but i don't prefer it to be turned on all the time, if feels inefficient.

Proposed Solution
