(Feature) Show Bluetooth device battery as a notification

Hello
I suggest Adding this feature to help me know the battery percentage of the Bluetooth device from the notification bar periodically and constantly update

For example, when the device reaches 20% of the battery, it gives a notification that the battery is dead ;If the Bluetooth device connects it gives a pinned notification that cannot be scanned for the name of the device and its battery percentage

Good idea, I think I will also look into making a dedicated persistent notification which reports all battery info together just like the battery widget.
