Add/Contribute code changes to support import/export additional Dataframes (Polars, Pyarrow, DuckDB) via Narwhals integration

Hi,
I was wondering about the best way to contribute my recent changes in a forked repo back to here in order to support import/export additional Dataframes (Polars, Pyarrow, DuckDB) via Narwhals integration
Key differences between my forked repo vs. main SASPy repo

1. Dependency Changes (setup.py)
2. Narwhals Import Pattern - Added to 6 core modules

• saspy/sasbase.py
• saspy/sasdata.py
• saspy/sasiocom.py
• saspy/sasioiom.py
• saspy/sasiohttp.py
• saspy/sasiostdio.py

3. Added Narwhals-based conversion in dataframe2sasdata() method across all i/o modules
4. Enhanced/extended to_df() method in sasdata.py to support returning DataFrames in multiple formats via the results parameter
5. Removed .fillna('') calls in charachter length calculation in sasbase.py
6. Added new 3 test files

Hi @ahmedanadwc, You can create a new pull request on the saspy repo to start the process of merging your changes. We will then go over and review your changes. We do have another open pull request at the moment for adding Arrow support right now...
