It appears the taskgroups logic depends explicitly on cpu cgroups v1. Unfortunately with a debian13 distro, I haven't been able to successfully mount the v1 cpu cgroup controller. And it looks like systemd has deprecated hybrid mounts.
Curious if there was any work in progress to support the v2 controller?
