Just need 5V

I don't need the 12V converter installed, if I just want 5V to pin 8 and a 180ohm resistor between pins 8 and 16, is there a way to do this on-board?

Hi,
pin 16 is connected to 5V via R9 and JP2.
To get 5V on pin 8, don't install the boost converter and put 0 ohm resistors in place of D1, D2 and L1. Set R3 as you need.
