Allow users not to use gibberish

Installation of the secret scanner with the gibberish model is currently hard-coded.

Provide a feature which allows users to do any of:

1. Not have this
2. Use another method to determine if a random looking string is a secret or not

This is speculation, but I am guessing that worldlist is faster then gibberish
