Move env/ to deployment/ #49
Description
We want to reduce clutter on the root-level of the project. The contents of env/ relates to deployment, and should be moved to the deployment directory. The same probably goes for sql/, and docker files.
- Move env/ to deployment dir
- Move sql/ to deployment dir
- Move docker stuff to deployment dir
