Diagonal joystick inputs for NUM 1,3,7,9 (request)

There's a game (Gothic 3), where to move diagonally, you press 1,3,7,9. It'd be great, if you could assign diagonal inputs from a controller to these numbers.
Unfortunately you cannot combine NUM2 and NUM4 to move diagonally in this game.

For now, AntiMicroX is a workaround for diagonal inputs.
