Calico v3.31.0 eBPF fix on Talos

Regarding configuring Calico CNI with eBPF on TalosOS, there is an instruction in the page https://docs.siderolabs.com/kubernetes-guides/cni/deploy-calico#installing-tigera-operator how to install tigera-operator . When the tigera-operator is created from the provided manifest, it never works as expected and calico-node fails with an issue described below. Actually link redirected to calico version v3.31.0

But following link worked perfectly. I think documentation needs to be updated accordingly.

I've faced the similar issue.

Following Version fix the issue:

kubectl create -f https://raw.githubusercontent.com/projectcalico/calico/v3.31.4/manifests/tigera-operator.yaml

In documentation, it is mentioned:

kubectl create -f https://docs.tigera.io/calico/latest/manifests/tigera-operator.yaml

which is version v3.31.0

Please correct the documentation.
