Fastino DIOT startup issue #128
Description
On startup, DIOT Fastino doesn't program itself from the flash memory. I suspect FPGA_CRESET/PGOOD line isn't held low long enough. Forcing this line low and up again using the I2C<->SPI converter (IC10/IC30) GPIO pin bypasses this issue and forces the FPGA to program itself, allowing normal operation afterwards.
