MAIX-4/M4N does not provide an HDMI output

When trying to use the HDMI and USB ports on the NanoCluster against a M4N board, we are not able to see an output on the screen.

This is a problem, as we don't know the default credentials for the device.

The LM3H does output, so its not the cluster.

I'm getting HDMI Output on the M4N without any problems.
Flash the boot image to the SD Card. insert the card into the M4N Carrier and plug it into the cluster in slot 1 (is has to be slot 1). Then when turning it on, hold the boot button, to make it boot from the SD Card otherwise it will try to boot from its internal eMMC, which obviously won't work at this time.

The only problem I noticed is that it really doesn't make sense to me, that the image doesn't provide any way to log into via ssh directly without first connecting via HDMI. username/password is root/root and it doesn't permit root login by default via ssh.

Yeah the whole root SSH deny thing was annoying. I had to use the UART board to get around that
