When the language is set to Chinese:

Chinese characters in the macOS-jadx software and the decompiled Chinese text are displayed as garbled and unreadable.

Chinese characters in the Windows-jadx software are readable, but the decompiled Chinese text is displayed as garbled and unreadable.
