Rename ds2_ to wind_

1. Change waspmote.py in both the wsn_pi and wsn_server renaming ds2_ by wind_
2. Rename the fields already stored in the database.
3. The queries in Grafana will need to be updated as well.

Then only parsed (cooked) frames archived in the Pi will still have the old names.
