[Feature]: Search is an obvious missing built-in capability

Problem or use case

For many CMS users, site search is expected. Foundry has strong content and rendering primitives, but no obvious first-class built-in or official search plugin story.

"I can publish content, but I still need to build or integrate search myself."

Proposed solution

Ship an official search plugin or built-in static search index/UI. Possibly extend existing search capability to make it stronger and make full use of the content graph.
