Hi, I'm Theron!

I'm a Computer Science student at UC Berkeley with a passion for programming languages, software engineering, and open-source development. Over the past several years, I've built projects that help developers and students while giving me opportunities to explore new technologies, frameworks, and research areas.

My primary open-source project is the Tailwind CSS for Visual Studio extension, the only Tailwind CSS tooling solution for Visual Studio. It has grown to more than 26,000 users and helps developers bring modern Tailwind workflows into Microsoft's IDE. Beyond open-source development, I've contributed to programming languages research, co-authored a paper published at ISSTA 2025, and develop software for both nonprofit and commercial organizations.

Balancing coursework, research, and software development can be challenging. Maintaining extensions involves far more than writing code—responding to bug reports, reviewing feature requests, providing support, and releasing updates all require significant time and effort.
