Pedalboard 0.9.21 causes 'Illegal Instructions' on linux

Pedalboard 0.9.21 causes an 'Illegal Instructions' error to appear after importing the module, specifically on my linux installation. Most likely a numpy issue that was already solved in newer versions, but I'm not sure?

@psobot I'm running Python 3.11 on x86_64 Intel.
CPU: Intel Core i5-10400F

Same here on Ivy Bridge. I think your builds have mandatory (-march) optimization for AVX2 which breaking the amd64 standard. Use -mtune or some other kind of optional optimization for newer CPU instruction sets.
