Feature Request: Raw traffic monitor

When debugging and implementing IRC related tools, like clients bots servers it is incredibly useful to see the raw IRC messages going over the wire.

If possible it would be nice to have an option to either log the raw IRC traffic to stdout, or even better have a buffer that prints out what the client is sending and receiving.

It would make halloy a great tool for IRC related development. :)

If you turn on trace logging then ~every received and sent IRC message will be logged (including potentially sensitive information; iirc PING/PONG are not logged, but everything else is). This is not quite the raw messages, as they have been parsed into irc/proto/src/lib.rs::Message and they're mixed with other logging, but can be suitable in some cases.

ok, that is definitely helpful. I will give it a try. I still think this could be expanded and presented better so that it is more useful for general development, but it might be hard to percolate through the halloy infrastructure. I might look into it at some point. :D
