Resume Builder should allow reordering and conditional-visibility of sections.

In the resume viewer, the resume builder needs improvement to enable section re-ordering and increase the icon size. It's not working for all the features.

The section should have a more prominent toggle and a visibility toggle (eye icon) for each section in the editor.
