🚀: Make RSVP URL default to sending domain rather than server hostname #2514

Description

@rolltack

Which feature or improvement would you like to request?

When adding calendar events with invites, the [yes] [no] [maybe] buttons at the bottom of the invitation email contain a link that defaults to <server.hostname>.

It would be nice if there was a way to make these RSVP flows consistent with the requesting domain name.
Maybe it is possible via the <calendar.scheduling.http-rsvp.url> setting but without documentation I have not found a way to inject the correct domain name.

Is your feature request related to a problem?

The current situation is potentially irritating when running Stalwart with multiple domains. In particular, when using domain-specific branding, the server's default logo is displayed in the confirmation web page, and not the domain-specific one.

It is easy to imagine a scenario where a group of companies host their emails on the same Stalwart server, with the hostname being something like "mail.maincorp.com". In that case the confimation page for an invite coming from employee@subsidiary.com would contain MainCorp's logo.
