Clear cache on update of the live site

Both Northrn and I have experienced issues with the display of the live site after it's been updated
The issue is resolved when clearing browser cache
Since we have an issue, there must be other users who have the same experience, and that don't think of clearing the cache

Can we implement some kind of clear cache on update, either of CDN or users browser cache, or .... ?
