Did you run the install after downloading the CUDA toolkit?

Also, check the assertion error — it shows causal-conv1d is missing.

You need to install causal-conv1d (requires CUDA). It should be pulled in automatically when running
pip install mamba-ssm, when you do it with CUDA.

If not possible, just manually install it. Try pip install causal-conv1d
