Setting a custom font in embeddedpaymentelement does not work. iOS

Using expo sdk 53

I have a custom font that i use all throughout my project. When I try setting the

font: {
    family: "XXX"
}

in the embeddedPaymentElement config it will either render the default system font or nothing at all. I've tried every combination of font name.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

Hi @henry-dorsia can you share more about your setup? Is this happening on both iOS and Android? How are your fonts bundled and named in your app?

@porter-stripe I am testing on just iOS. stripe sdk v51. attempting to customize the embeddedpaymentelement with the appearance api using my company's custom font. when i use a custom font the element does not render anything, it's corrupted
