Add unit tests for WidgetBlocks.js

Current Behavior

blocks/WidgetBlocks.js currently has 0% test coverage, with no unit tests to validate and verify the widget block definitions or related logic, which increases the risk of regressions.

Desired Situation

Add unit tests for blocks/WidgetBlocks.js to validate widget block definitions and associated logic, improving test coverage and reducing the risk of regressions.

I’ve added a unit test for WidgetBlocks.js and opened a PR addressing this issue.

The test ensures the file loads safely in a mocked environment without throwing, following the existing testing pattern used for other legacy block files.

Since I’ve already started working on this issue as well, I’ll be opening a PR with an alternative approach that follows the existing block test workflows more closely.
