Color contrast issues

Some components have color contract which does not comply with RGAA standard. We should fix that.

e.g:

• On the input field:
  • About the active state:
    • The border color (greyscale-300) (could be replaced by greyscale-600?)
    • The text color (greyscale-600) (could be replaced by greyscale-700?)
  • Success state:
    • The text and border color (success-600) (could be replaced by success-800?)

@jblagadec, I'll take care of that once I finish contributing to the Select component.

@jbpenrath, we met with @jblagadec this afternoon and agreed that I'd develop the contributions primarily regarding our needs with the product La Régie, such as these.
