A code-mod to convert tailwind classes to surimi code

I have no idea about the tailwind ecosystem and how this would work, but sure xD

This would be especially cool when we start creating components with a surimi package like @surimi/react because then we actually want to apply classes to the components.

Feel free to create something for tailwind! I'm just not sure how that would work
