Validate persisted task-to-worktree binding visibility during alpha smoke test

During alpha smoke testing, verify that the external runtime state can be inspected without reading source code.

Done when:

• the tester can locate the runtime state directory from docs/releases.md
• the tester can confirm repo_root, session_id, active_task_id, and tasks[].worktree_path in persisted state
• the documented inspection steps are confirmed or adjusted based on real use
