Unable to request SSL cert in windows

When using caddy to provision a cert I'm getting the following error:

Caddy v2.8.4
Tailscale: 1.72.0

Seems similar to this issue:
tailscale/tailscale#6639

But I'm able to connect to a linux instance via tailscale ssh. Running tailscale status also works.

This may be the same issue as #13, but I'm not sure. This looks like one of the different messages I got.

You could have a look at running the reproduction code on that issue to confirm that it's the same, then trying the PR #14 code to see if the fix works for you.

If the PR fixes it for you, you'd need compile your own build of Caddy.
