Run Termux boot scripts on Termux app restart

Feature description

For instance when re-open Termux after App info > Force stop Termux or Exit from notification or exit if there is a single open terminal.

A workaround is to manually run the Termux boot scripts in this situation.

I experience this issue on my Fairphone 4 LineageOS 23.2.

#298 does not help much it seems while being a bit similar.

Purpose of Termux:Boot is to run script after device boot (one time event). Not when Termux was opened or restarted.

I was suspecting it would be debatable. In my opinion app restart or device restart is similar, but I am fine with the scope of Termux projects.
A workaround is to run a sleep infinity when booting and in ~/.bashrc figure out if there is such sleep infinity, if not then can run again Termux boot scripts:

~/.termux/boot/start.sh excerpt:

sleep infinity &

~/.bashrc excerpt:

if ! ps aux | grep -q '[s]leep infinity'
then
    #echo 'Boot script is not running, restarting it'
    ~/.termux/boot/start.sh &
fi

works as wanted.

Personal notes: Benjamin_Loison/coreutils/issues/19 would help.
