Broken Rendering with Starlight River

Description

With Nitrate enabled, additive dust will be rendered non-additively. Tested with Needler and Infernal Harvest.
Unsure if any other modded dusts are broken, or what other dusts don't work.

Reproduction steps

Have Starlight River & Nitrate enabled, and spawn any dusts that use additive rendering.

Looked into Starlight River's source, and their glow dusts seemingly use a shader. Perhaps that's why they break.
