Admin dashboard issue, does active users and GPS activity (24h) work for you?

Mine looks like this, and I know its wrong. I did refresh but nothing changed:

It works for me. Can you check if you have GPS points for last 24 hours (probably you can check it on GPS Data page)?

No, internally it checks for GPS points with timestamp for last 24 hours.

So if you can run the following query in DB you can verify what the last GPS point is stored in DB.

select max(timestamp) from gps_points

Alternatively just add a new GPS point from today (NOW) and check if you see any difference.

Solved. The issue as, I was submitting GPS points to mosquitto but geopulse-backend had no connection to it, hence the dashboard was correct.

Mosquitto should have persistent configuration

persistence_location /mosquitto/data/

As far as I can see I didn't add volume for it so the data won't be saved when mosquitto container is restarted (not sure if you restarted it). If mosquitto is not restarted and backend is down or doesn't have connection it should fetch all missing data.

hm, my compose file has mapped these volumes for mosquitto:

    volumes:
      - ./mosquitto_entrypoint.sh:/entrypoint.sh
      - ./mosquitto/config:/mosquitto/config
      - ./mosquitto/data:/mosquitto/data
      - ./mosquitto/log:/mosquitto/log

mosquitto.conf shows:

I have restarted all containers multiple times as I needed to make changes like give mosquitto its own IP and more stuff.

So it geopulse-backend should have fetched everythign from geopulse-mosquitto.
