Create a well described `CONTRIBUTING.md` file

Create a well laid and described documentation for the GitHub repo. This shall include a well documented CONTRIBUTING.md files.

The CONTRIBUTING.md should clearly mention:

• Thanking note to contributor.
• Steps to create an issue on GitHub.
• Step to Fork and Contribute to the project.
• Steps to Create a Pull Request on GitHub.
