Allow forced downloading of cached data.

Issue:
Sometimes cached data is old (see screenshot below) and there's no way to force the app to redownload without deleting app data / cache.

Solution:
Allow the user to long press the refresh button to force a reload of the data. A box could pop up asking for confirmation and detailing which data would be downloaded.
