Hosts of active Loops have difficulties in adding or denying new participants to the Loop within our current time period of 2,5 months. Issue especially occuring bigger active Loops.
What we could do is add a waiting list option.
- hosts gets the option to accept, deny, or waitlist.
1.2) hosts get pop-up message that contact with participant need to be made and their email/(phonenumber/information) will be shared with the awaited participant. They need to confirm with that that they are okay with these things
- Within the waiting list, hosts can accept or deny the participant later
- participant gets automatic email that they are placed on the waiting list of the loop with the Loop hosts information.
