Grant WMCT access to all championships

Hey! Can we have all wmct members have access to all Major Champs in admin mode? I have discussed with the team and we will need to have permissions to do grouping stuff, reviewing schedules, etc without being added as organizers or delegates.

Who approved this? WMCT just cannot decide by themselves what they are allowed to do on the website. I need confirmation by someone ™️ that granting these permissions is okay (probably Board? Open to other ideas as well)

Arguably WMCT should have view-only privileges, not the ability to actually change any settings
