How might we support additional NER filters out-of-the-box?

Currently, Top Secret filters out people's names and locations by default. This is because MITIE Ruby supports those entities by default.

However, other tools, like Presidio or pdscan filter out additional sensitive information.

We could train the default model, and provide that model as an alternative to the pre-trained model.
