add a search tool and enable crawling

Please add a full-text search tool over labels and descriptions.

• I thought I can use google eg person site:ifx-dr.github.io but it finds nothing: guess the site uses robots.txt to preclude crawling
• Maybe the easiest is to enable crawling/indexing, and use a Google "personalized search" (basically adds site:)
• But of course, there are many other options
