Hello I wanted to generate short wgs reads with VISOR and your file sim_tra.bed that is obtained from the VCF of KSW1 (right?). Anyway when i try to run
VISOR HACk -g /mnt/simulation/workdir/hs37d5.fa -b /mnt/simulation/workdir/sim_tra.bed -o /mnt/simulation/workdir/donor_genome_tra
i get the following error
