More mathematical functions #399
Description
When doing the next major release, it might be worthwhile investigating what additional mathematical functions would be a good idea. Additionally, to keep the size down, gl-matrix could be split into parts? (Not sure if this is strictly neccessary or if the majority of developers already use smart importers with tree-shaking and whatnot)
One of the most common requests over time have been setter functions.
