Appendix C, corrections

I feel Appendix C needs updating as most of the links are broken.

Here are my findings and suggestions:

YAZE is now at https://www.mathematik.uni-ulm.de/users/ag/yaze-ag/

https://worldofspectrum.org/faq/ was last updated in 2005 but is still there, full of errors and unaware of Next, NGO etc.

http://www.acorn.co.uk/mrison/en/cpc/tech.html goes to domain for sale, Mark is on Linked in here: Mark RISONLinkedInhttps://uk.linkedin.com › mark-rison-01b5b61ab but is this old ARM asm emulator really relevant at all?

http://www.geocities.com/SiliconValley/Peaks/3938/z80 home.htm goes to Yahoo home page - now at http://www.z80.info/

http://www.hardwareinfo.msx2.com/pdf/Zilog/z80.pdf was not found - maybe try the official 2016 version at https://www.zilog.com/docs/z80/um0080.pdf
