Zenodo integration doesn't work

I would like to mention a problem with zenodo integration. The zenodo webhook returns always (since 3.1.x) error message:

{"message":"The release has already been received.","status":409}

However, the release doesn't appear on my zenodo dashboard, even in draft status.

Trying with a new release, version 3.2.1.
