we need to make docs for the zagora library.
read the @README.md and @AGENTS.md
we will be using vocs (vitepress docs generator framework, eg. used by viem, orpc, wagmi, and more).
use context7 mcp for details and docs on stuff you don't know!
here is the full documentation for vocs -> https://vocs.dev/llms.txt
lets set it up in apps/docs workspace.
on the homepage there should be a hero, an example (with working syntqax highlighting), the features in cards (don't just copypaste from the readme, rephrase them and make each feature card to contain 3 sentences!), and comprison tables "zagora vs orpc/trpc", "zagora vs neverthrow/effect", "zagora vs plain typescript", "zagora vs standalone validation libraries" (again, not exact titles of tables!)
in general ultrathink (think and reason about the whole project) and make it professional, developers oriented focused marketing.
i am attaching an image of the orpc library because i like its hero section. Zagora is pretty similar, so it makes sense to follow the tone and sense of https://orpc.dev/llms.txt (make sure our docs site also have llms.txt and llms-full.txt pages - i think that's a plugin or something).

make a detailed plan and write it in the root as PLAN.md and STOP AFTER THAT! You can ask me clarify questions before that.
