Norton Diskdoctor hangs before starting (norton utilities 3.2)

To Reproduce
Run Norton Disk Doctor on System 7.1.1 (HD 80mb or 200 Mb always hangs)

Hi, with SEHDFD or Macintosh Classic emulation that version of Norton run fine on the same system 7.1.1.
Is 68030 th culprit ?
