Add ability to reorder file tabs

Problem to Solve

Currently, I'm unable to reorder the active files that I'm working on. I'd love to be able to move the order of the active files while I'm working on them.

Current Workaround

I need to close the active files and reopen them in the new order that I want

Proposed Solution

Ability to click and drag them to the order that I want
