Implement early termination for reduce operator

Currently, reduce operators continue folding until all documents have been processed. There are certain tasks for which we can "terminate early". E.g., if i want to get a summary of the top themes, in a collection of documents, I can stop if I know those top themes will not change. We should figure out what criteria allows for early stopping, and how to express it.

The goal is to let the reduce process stop automatically once the summaries or themes stabilize.
We can use techniques like semantic similarity checks or an LLM “done” flag.
This idea is inspired by research on progressive summarization and incremental text aggregation paper --> https://arxiv.org/pdf/2510.06677 where models identify when no new information is being added.
